  • What does "unlimited orders and revisions" mean?
    It's really simple! After you have chosen a content subscription, you get access to our task management system, where you can submit your content requests until the word limit defined by your subscription plan. To ease the process, we have a pre-defined order form so you don't waste your time and provide all the necessary information for our writers and designers to start working. As soon as your order is ready, you'll receive an email notification to review and leave feedback on the first draft. You can have as many revisions as you want, but keep in mind revisions takes at least 12 hrs of turnaround time. After two rounds of revisions, a content strategist might contact you to ensure all requirements are captured in your order form and you are able to the content you need.

    Our content turnaround estimates are based on the number of words. These estimates are intended as general guidelines. We are flexible. You define which request is the priority through our "task priority" tags, and we will work through request with the highest priority to request with the lowest priority one request after another.     Certainly! Whenever we receive content requests, we conduct thorough research to provide accurate information and include the sources of any facts or statistics we reference. Our research is based on publicly available secondary sources of information. However, we do not conduct any original research, such as interviews, surveys, polls, experiments and etc.
  • Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
    That's correct, we don't require long-term contracts. Your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis, and you have the option to cancel it each month.
  • In what format do I receive the content?
    Written Content We usually provide written pieces in the following formats to download: -.doc and .docx -.pdf Design Content We usually provide the following formats of the final designs to download: - .jpg - .png - .pdf - .svg
  • Which payment options do you offer?
    Newrite accepts various payment methods on our website including credit card, debit card and PayPal. For bulk orders or upon request, we will send you an invoice after your order. details are confirmed. Once the invoice is paid, we’ll get things started and confirm a delivery date.
  • What is an FAQ section?
